On the construction project management is more binding than any other management of a management activity.With the development of society,building projects has been increasing the size and diversity,a long construction period,the project's unique and strong.As the complexityof the project diversity,we must have a professional project management,project management systems,but our research and industry practice started late,the current project management,there are still many problems and shortcomings.After many years of work experience I put forward countermeasures and specific project management approach for enterprise project management reference architecture.
